We are available between Christmas and New Year except on the Swiss public holidays.
This week we’re available until Fri Dec 22, next week Wed Dec 27 – Fri Dec 29 2017 and in the new year Wed Jan 3 – Fri Jan 5 2018 daily from 9am until 6pm.
For our customers with 24/7 Support SLA we’re of course available day and night on Christmas and New Year as well.
