This week we’re going to talk about the myriad of programming languages you can use to power your cloud native apps. And yes, the pun in the title is incomplete 😉
Der VSHNday 2020 findet am Montag, dem 21. September 2020 statt.
Welcome to another VSHN.timer! Every Monday, 5 links related to Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI / CD, and DevOps; all stuff coming out of our own chat system, making us think, laugh, or simply work better. This week we’re going to review some of the places our favorite captain has been during summer 2020.
The August 2020 edition of the Cloud Native Computing Meetup took place on August 27th. It was the first time that the event took place online, and we thank all our attendees and speakers for a successful edition!

We are fully committed on the strategic importance of our Red Hat partnership and OpenShift as a main pillar of APPUiO and VSHN services.

This week we’re going to talk about what’s in store for that little side project of a Finnish student, you know, that thing he called Linux, you might have heard about it, maybe.
Hi everyone, my name is Finn. Last year I was in school in Hirschengraben. I learned a little bit of English, maths, and other interesting things. In my spare time I play three to four times a week football, where I meet a lot of friends; I play video games sometimes, too. My goal this year is to learn programming, to get to know as many programming languages as possible, and to understand them. One of my dreams is to have a wife and two children and to hopefully stay in VSHN after my apprenticeship.

Without further ado, we’re announcing the release 0.2 of the Project Syn tools. Since the first public release mid-March this year (read more about it in First Pre-Release of Project Syn Tools) we used the tools on a daily basis, in particular for the development of our new product “VSHN Syn Support”. And of course we have incorporated all of that experience in the source code. The main features are now in place, and are getting better and better on a daily basis.

This week we’re going to talk about the first line of the Agile Manifesto: individuals and interactions.
